If you’re traveling from the airport to the Cancun Bus Terminal, you can take the bus from Terminal 2 International Arrivals. Ask any employee where the bus stop is.
If you’re traveling from the city to the airport, there are departures every 30 minutes from the bus terminal.
Likewise, some vans offer the same transfers to/from the airport; they’re slightly more affordable, but at the expense of your comfort. They depart from the same terminal as the buses, but it’s a different stop.
We know that your safety and that of your family are paramount. Therefore, we suggest you never leave your personal belongings unattended. If you use ATMs, do not allow anyone to assist you.
Also, always be alert because it’s a very crowded place and pickpockets will take advantage of any opportunity.
Upon arriving at the bus terminal, you’ll find taxis offering a ride, but be careful, as some may charge high prices. Always ask the price first and try to bargain; don’t assume the cost.
However, another option is to leave the area and take a taxi outside, which will charge you a cheaper fare.

• Avenida Xcaret: 11 blocks south
• Yaxchilán Avenue: 2 blocks west
• Bonampak Avenue: 6 blocks east
• López Portillo Avenue: 16 blocks northwest
• Kukulcán Boulevard: 10 blocks south and two blocks east
Cobá Avenue: 10 blocks south. This avenue connects with Kukulkán Boulevard.
